I got over 1.1 million impressions on LinkedIn in 90 days. Here's how I did it.

Hey Reader

You get emails from me about Claude and AI marketing systems. This one is different, and here's the story.

Over the last 90 days my LinkedIn posts pulled in over 1.1M impressions. A year ago I was posting nothing.

The trick: I posted quality content Monday to Friday, every week. Consistency is the whole game on LinkedIn. And the reason most people never get there is simple: writing one good post took me an hour, and that's if I had an idea to start with. Between client work and running a business, most days I didn't post at all.

So I spent months learning the algorithm the hard way. LinkedIn now ranks posts on relevance instead of follower count, a change that tanked impressions for almost everyone. I tested styles and formats, tracked which posts traveled and which died, and tweaked my prompt after every test.

That prompt became the content engine of GhostPost: an app for someone busy who wants to build their personal brand but doesn't have hours a day for content.

Here's how it works. It interviews you once to understand your skills, interests, and expertise. From then on:

  • Any topic becomes a full draft in 2 minutes instead of 60
  • Stuck? It generates ideas from your profile
  • Every draft formatted for LinkedIn: a hook that stops the scroll, short lines, white space

My routine now: I block off Monday morning, write the week's posts in one sitting, and schedule them. The 2-minute draft is what makes daily posting sustainable — and my engagement has never been better.

One feature is missing on purpose: GhostPost doesn't auto-post. LinkedIn suspends accounts that use third-party automation. You copy, paste, and publish yourself, so your account stays safe and you approve every word.

Every week you don't post, someone less qualified is building the audience you should have. The best time to start was a year ago. The second best time is today. I'm opening this to my subscribers first, before I promote it anywhere else.

Start posting today:

Hi Reader, I'll say what I always say: Claude is the better tool for marketing. Better brand voice consistency. Better at following constraints. Better at holding a style guide across a long conversation. I use it every day. I recommend it to every client. But here's the reality: I talk to marketing leaders every week, and many are on ChatGPT. Budget decisions, IT approvals, enterprise contracts — the tool is already locked in. So I stopped arguing about which AI is best and started asking a...

Hey Reader, Most people think AI tools are neutral. Put a prompt in, get an answer out. The tool is just a tool. That's not how it works. Every major AI company was built by someone with a specific worldview — about what intelligence should do, what it should refuse, what it should prioritize when it has to choose. Those beliefs don't live in a mission statement. They get encoded into the training data, the guardrails, the reward functions, the things the model will and won't say. The output...

Hey Reader, Quick question: when you open Claude, which model do you pick? Most marketers I talk to pick Sonnet or Opus by default and leave it there. A few go straight to Opus for everything because it feels like the "safe" choice. Both are costing them — in tokens, in speed, and in output quality on tasks the model wasn't built for. The thing is that picking the wrong tool is like using a forklift to move a coffee cup or hiring a lawyer to write a grocery list. I run a 12-function AI...
